Rydoo in-house integration for SAP S/4HANA

Rydoo has an in-house integration that is compatible with SAP S/4HANA (Private/Public Cloud & On-Premise) and SAP ECC. The integration is a standard, API-based integration package developed for SAP Integration Suite to support the most common data flows: 

  • Inbound to Rydoo: the integration package supports the automated import of employee data (user data, group assignment and approver assignment) and project-type data (WBS elements for example).
  • Outbound to SAP: expenses are posted as journal entries.

  • SFTP-based import and export integration: use our SFTP connection to exchange data between Rydoo and SAP.
  • Delivery of a custom CSV file: customised CSV (or Excel) accounting file to use for booking expenses in SAP.
